CIB OPERATIONAL RISK TRANSFORMATION PROJECT MANAGER (JOB NUMBER: 2310LCF16438)

**About the Team**
- CCCO Central is a team based in Paris and Lisbon with around 25 members, who supports the CIB CCCO in their mandate to help reduce operational risk in CIB. To do so, CCCO Central implements and pilots initiatives aiming at assessing and mitigating operational risk in CIB. But we are not alone to do it
- We work closely with our second lines of defence (RISK ORM, Compliance, LEGAL) as we evolve under a strong regulatory environment. We also interact daily with CIB business lines and regions (our internal clients), to support them in the operationalization of operational risks guidelines.
- CCCO Central ensure that (i) CIB Operational risks regulatory objectives are met, (ii) Permanent Control and Group policy impacts are properly coordinated and guided, (iii) CIB implication in Supervisory affairs is properly monitored and (iv) transversal initiatives are fully reviewed in light of permanent control.
- We are in a typical coordination role with some technical knowledge that you will have to learn a little bit if you do not come from the same background or from a second line of defence. The main qualities we are looking for are curiosity, capacity to listen and to communicate, judgement, tenacity, etc. Knowledge on operational techniques is a plus but not mandatory to join us, as you can learn directly on the ground.

- You will work as a project manager and in this capacity, you will be in charge of managing a number of projects in relation with the Operational Risk Management Framework of CIB, and more specifically in relation with the risk and control self-assessment of some specific risks (notably Compliance).

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Governance
- Animate ad hoc governance / Operational Committees so that all CIB stakeholders are properly informed of methodologies, roadmaps, escalation process or others
- Define roadmaps and any other PM tool to ensure the implementation or enhancement of the risk and control framework within CIB
- Methodological topics
- Discuss as needed methodological topics between LoD1 and LoD2s (Compliance and RISK ORM) ensuring 1LoD RCSA methodology defined satisfies (i) regulatory requirements, (ii) Group Compliance guidelines, (iii) overall ORMF approach defined by RISK ORM
- Build and maintain operating guidelines for OPC teams
- Maintain documentation detailing all aspects (principles, RACI, workflows ) of the methodology
- KPI/KRI
- Define adequate reporting through the analysis of raw data from control results, in close relation with the RCSA Team to identify main areas of risks and of potential losses
- Ensure cross-check analysis between business lines and regions
- Review/challenge risks and controls inventories on the different CIB perimeters with the support of 2LoD RISK ORM
- Tool enhancements
- Coordinate implementation/changes of RISK360 RCSA and Controls modules within CIB set-up
- Escalate CIB business requirements
- Ensuring they will meet methodological requirements + OPCs requirements

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- At least 7-10 years work experience, preferably in a position where you have already managed non-financial risks, in a Lod1 (Line of Defense), LoD2 or LoD3 function
- English Fluent
- Ability to manage a project
- Analytical ability and ability to set up relevant performance indicators
- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop and leverage networks
- Ability to understand, explain and support change
- Ability to Synthetize and Simplify
- Results driven and autonomous
