**Your Challenge**:

- Interacting with the internal recruitment team to identify job openings and prepare job descriptions.
- Organize interviews and evaluation procedures, including screening calls.
- Manage job openings posts on digital and social media.
- Finding and filtering appropriate job applicants and performing routined reference checks.
- Planning meetings with preferred partners.
- Organize and produce recruitment reports.
- Participating in recruitment events.
- Responsible for HR-related admin work.

**Your Skills**:

- Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field (communication, languages, office management, economics,)
- Work experience in a similar role of a minimum 3 years;
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks (such as LinkedIn)
- Hands-on and resolutive.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Every other language is considered a plus.
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
