Grupo Constant is recruiting a (fluent) French Speaker for an international client located in Trofa (Porto)

- Manage incoming phone calls;
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication;
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools;
- Follow clients’ communication procedures and guidelines;
**Required profile**:

- Fluent, verbal and written in French & English;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening;
