**A Snapshot of Your Day**

AsSenior IT Service Owner, you will lead the implementation and operations of ITsolutions for the Global Function “EHS, Quality Governance and Security (EQS)”.In that role, you will manage demands for existing and new IT solutions and ensurecompliance of such demands with overarching financial and architecturalguidelines. In addition, you will support the IT BusinessPartner in shaping the IT budget and landscape for EQS with the goal to createexcellent business value through IT.

- Service Owner for IT services related to EHS over the complete servicelifecycle
- Definitionof the service scope
- Alignmenton service levels
- Budgeting& financial controlling
- Contractingof providers
- Procurementof IT assets and 3rd party services
- Implementationof and guidance over relevant ITIL processes
- Provider-contract-SLAmanagement for fully outsourced ITservices
- Demandmanagement and requirement engineering
- Project lead for the implementation and roll-out of EHSIT projects
- Projecttime-/milestone planning
- Plan and alignproject budget
- Plan & manageall project resources
- Stakeholdermanagement
- Lead the project,ensure success in time and in budget
- Pro-active,regular reporting on project status

**What You Bring**
- Collegedegree in IT management or comparable qualification
- Verygood knowledge of EHS business processes
- Multi-yearexperience in implementing, operating and managing mid
- Multi-yearexperience in management of IT projects or IT programs
- Ideallygood knowledge of IT compliance & IT assurance (ITGC)
- Certifiedagile project methodology, for example Scrum
- ITILcertification
- Highlycustomer focused attitude to work with great emphasis on positive outcomes -"Delighting the customer"
- Intercultural& global exposure, communicate fluently in English (CIBA 4)
- Experiencecommunicating at all levels of management and managing conflict and change
- Experiencein Agile Methodology
