**Role Overview**

**We are looking for**:

- As a member of the Global Talent Acquisition team you will take responsibility for developing, executing and implementing talent sourcing and acquisition strategies for French and/or Italian markets.
- The selected individual will do this by working in collaboration with Solvay Hiring Managers to develop and enhance an effective recruiting program that will attract highly qualified individuals by understanding current market trends and talent pools.
- Solvay is transforming; building a purpose led culture, re-inventing through an updated vision, purpose and strategy. and rethinking the way BSAs and Group Functions work. We are building our journey with a new People Strategy, organization and Operating Model. Be part of our transformation and drive the change as a key member of our future team.

**We count on you for**:

- Creating recruiting strategies to support our global businesses by being at our best in taking a consultative approach with Solvay hiring managers to develop an individualized recruitment strategy for each open position.
- Writing and publishing our internal/external Job Posting(s) by using Solvay’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to develop clear and concise results-oriented job descriptions and for taking ownership in the published advertisement.
- Recruit local market to fill critical needs by developing recruiting strategies for site specific recruiting channels and partnerships.

**You will bring**:

- University degree (in HR or related areas)
- Fluent English
- French and/or Italian fluency. Any additional languages are a plus
- Strong customer service orientation skills
- Caring and collaborating mindset by showing a genuine interest in people, planet and human progress, and forge strong connections and relationships across work groups that enable us to achieve more together for the success of our customers and the group
