**About the role**:
As knok's Psychology Coordinator, you will be the heart of our clinical team, blending leadership with hands-on consultation. Your role is pivotal in ensuring top-notch service delivery, compliance, and continuous improvement. Through leading the team with passion and providing consultations, you drive us toward excellence every day.

As a **Psychology Coordinator**, you will:

- Lead, manage, and coordinate a team of psychologists, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Provide support and guidance to the team of psychologists on the standards of teleconsultations to enhance overall service delivery.
- Organize and lead regular team meetings to facilitate communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing among team members.
- Promote and facilitate regular clinical supervision sessions for psychologists, fostering professional growth and skill development.
- Address challenges and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
- Conduct teleconsultations with clients, ensuring a high standard of care and adherence to ethical guidelines.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with industry regulations, ethical standards, and internal policies.
- Conduct regular audits to assess and improve the quality of the clinical services provided.
- Implement best practices and stay updated on the latest developments in clinical psychology and remote consultations.
- Establish, track, and report key performance indicators related to clinical services, team productivity, and client outcomes.
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to achieve performance goals.
- Work closely with the project manager, clinical liaison and clinical services director to develop and implement initiatives that enhance overall clinical services.
- Suggest improvements based on team feedback and industry best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Licentiate / Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology
- Valid professional registration with the Order of Psychologists
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Clinical Psychologist
- Knowledge of therapy techniques and psychological interventions
- Ability to work as part of a team and in collaboration with other health professionals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in clinical coordination and leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines, industry regulations, and best practices.
