Kelly Services is currently recruiting a Senior Manager, focused on Foreign Exchange Risk Management, for our client Siemens Healthineers.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Execution of Financial Instruments**: Execute various financial instruments, including FX derivatives (forwards, options, swaps, etc.) and FX spot transactions with both Siemens Healthineers units and external trading partners.
- **Support for Front Office Colleagues**: Assist regional front office colleagues in executing governance and provide advice to Siemens Healthineers companies on matters related to foreign exchange risk management.
- **Strategic Development**: Take ownership of planning and controlling the strategic development of foreign exchange risk management within Siemens Healthineers, including monitoring related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- **Operational Oversight**: Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of business activities by taking ownership of related actions.
- **Process Optimization**: Identify optimization potential within Treasury processes and create proactive solutions.
- **Representation**: Represent Siemens Healthineers and the interests of the treasury function consistently with regard to the companies/units and external partners.
- **Training and Implementation**: Support in training operating units in matters related to corporate treasury management, including guidelines, implementation, and local controls.
- **Treasury Function Development**: Contribute to building the Siemens Healthineers treasury function and participate in rolling out the new treasury management system.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Education**: A master's degree in business administration or a comparable field of study.
- **Professional Experience**: Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in currency management within an international industrial corporation or comparable experience in the banking sector.
- **Market Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of foreign exchange markets.
- **Technical Skills**: Ideally familiar with the ION ITS treasury management system and Microsoft Office skills.
- **Attributes and Skills**:

- **Solution-Oriented**: Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- **Analytical and Conceptual Abilities**: Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of business administration interrelationships.
- **Language Skills**: Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- **Financial Acumen**: Confident in dealing with figures, facts, and risks.
- **Global Collaboration**: Experience in collaborating with diverse teams in a global environment.
- **Autonomous Work**: Ability to carry out tasks autonomously.

This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in foreign exchange risk management, strategic planning, and the ability to work effectively in a global corporate environment.
