Functional Consultant

Act as an expert for global rollout projects Source-to-Pay.
- Execute Fit/Gap analysis and Master Data Collection (Rollout Template).
- Represent global standard in Fit/Gap Workshops and initiate deviation process/ approval where necessary.
- Act as interface between divisions, Purchasing, IT and other service departments.
- Planning and coordination of tests, training and migration incl. knowhow transfer to support organization and operations.
- Drive continuous improvement activities for related projects, processes and IT systems incl. lessons learned.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Education**:completed university studies (master's degree/diploma/PhD) in computer science or business sciences
- ** Personality and Working Practice**:structured and methodical approach, strategic and conceptional strength, excellent service mindset and engaging collaboration, high networking capabilities, good process understanding by the department driven processes and high process orientation
- ** Experience and Knowledge**:several years of professional experience with managing challenging surroundings and customers, experience in IT- or change projects
- ** Qualifications**:project management and agile working skills
- ** Languages**:business fluent in written and spoken English
