Gerir de forma autónoma o serviço Mobile Trucks, implementando e cumprindo com as diretrizes definidas pela Carglass®, com vista ao cumprimentos dos KPI's de negócio definidos. Garantir a satisfação do Cliente com o serviço realizado, na substituição e/ou reparação de vidro automóvel, seguindo os procedimentos e instruções de trabalho definidos e utilizando as ferramentas apropriadas em cada caso, para que os serviços sejam realizados no prazo e com a qualidade e os padrões estabelecidos. Acompanhamento e prospeção comercial dos atuais e novos clientes. Gestão admiistariva de todo o serviço realizado.
