**THE JOB**
Our **Expertise Center** in the Porto office is looking for a **Customer Loyalty Representative (German speaker)** with the following responsibilities:

- Support and provide superior service via phones, e‐mails and other electronic means to our customers and internal departments.
- Use Company ERP system (SAP) to enter notifications, create spare part orders, etc. using standard operating processes.
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues or complaints using available resources.
- Follow‐up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved, along with orders, backordered items and items in transit.
- Prepare and send service and aftermarket quotations and follow-ups.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Generate ad hoc reports to support the Regional Managers.

**THE PROFILE WE ARE SEEKING**
You must have:

- Experience in Customer Service
- Knowledge of Customer Service principles and practices
- Fluency in German **and** English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Your skillset looks like this:

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Great sense of organization

You _may_ have:

- Knowledge of SAP (training is provided)
- Professional+ level of French
