**O teu dia-a-dia na SAMSIC**
Enquanto Safety, Quality & Environment Specialist irás integrar a Direção de Qualidade, Ambiente, Saúde e Segurança, onde serás responsável por assegurar e monitorizar as atividades técnicas e administrativas que garantem a nossa conformidade com os requisitos legais e emergentes dos referenciais normativos que nos certificam. Terás um papel central na execução dos planos de ação, na melhoria contínua do nosso Sistema Integrado de Gestão e no reforço de uma cultura de segurança, de qualidade e ambientalmente responsável.
**Nesta função terás como principais responsabilidades**:
- Assegurar a gestão de reclamações, acidentes de trabalho, quase-acidentes, emergências, doenças profissionais e não conformidades, identificando oportunidades de melhoria no Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade, Ambiente, Segurança e Saúde e sugerindo medidas que previnam e reduzam este tipo de ocorrências;
- Implementar e desenvolver o conjunto de atividades complementares à gestão da Medicina do Trabalho;
- Preparar, realizar e acompanhar auditorias no âmbito do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade, Ambiente, Segurança e Saúde;
- Monitorizar o desempenho do Sistema de Gestão Integrado e reportar periodicamente resultados relacionados com os objetivos e requisitos do mesmo;
- Assegurar a realização e desenvolvimento de planos de ação nas áreas de qualidade, ambiente e SST nas operações, gerindo a relação com todas as partes interessadas relevantes, garantindo os meios necessários, nos prazos previstos, e as condições de execução previstas;
- Contribuir com ideias para melhorar o trabalho da Direção, da operação (no âmbito das áreas de intervenção) e da SAMSIC em geral.
- Garantir o cumprimento da legislação aplicável e de todos os procedimentos internos do Sistema de Gestão Integrado da Samsic.
**Tens o perfil que procuramos?**
- Qualificação de Técnico Superior SST Nível 6 ou Técnico SST Nível 4 e experiência profissional de pelo menos um ano em funções similares;
- Domínio das ferramentas MS Office, em particular Excel;
- Excelentes competências ao nível da comunicação e do trabalho em equipa;
- Sentido de responsabilidade, organização e método de trabalho;
- Domínio da língua inglesa falada e escrita - nível intermédio (fator preferencial);
- Carta de condução (fator eliminatório);
- Disponibilidade para realizar deslocações dentro do país.
