You will support the SAP S/4HANA implementation at Ferring. You will represent the business and be dedicated to the OneERP Program team, reporting in dotted line to the functional area. You will support multiple teams (Global Trade, Compliance, Commercial, Supply Chain, Procurement, Legal) and represent them in the OneERP program. Your role is to identify and specify the business requirements related to Global Trade & Compliance.
Your day at Ferring
- Leads, develops and drives the functional process definition and adoption in the process; Ensures sustainability of the “to be” process model
- Contributes to the definition and review of Global Process Controls
- Lead the co-ordination of the collation in conjunction with Global and Local Business SMEs and Super Users
- Ensure the Team Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all; Raise/escalate issues where needed; Coordinates the identification of Gaps and Document User Requirements
- Review and coach the acceptance criteria for the user stories/features (Team’s work) and provide feedback via attending Demos and acceptance test
- Contribute to and review Functional Design Specifications; Manage the Change Requests for Core Processes
- Identify and train SMEs and facilitate SME network on global and local level
- Mediate the information exchange between program team and stakeholders
- Owns and works with Data/Role Owners on the definition of Global Data Standards & Global Business Roles; Contributes to global data cleansing and migration strategy
- Actively participate and own responsibility through each phase of the program from Preparation to Hypercare
Behind our innovation There’s you
- BSc. in Supply Chain or equivalent
- 7 years’ experience in Global Trade at International Pharma Industry
- Previous experience with implementation/use of ERP (SAP is a plus)
- Experience in Project Management - Agile Methodology
- Experience of working in cross-functional, self-organizing teams
- In depth knowledge in: Global Trade, international trade rules & regulations; Preferential vs. non-preferential origin determination; Free; Trade Agreement management; HS code classification; Intrastat filling and submission; Customs brokerage experience and automatic filling; Customs valuation; Import / Export documentation management; Export control methodology (sanctions, embargoes and blacklist screening)
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication, organizational and creative skills
