Then we have the perfect opportunity for you Join our HR Digital team in Porto as a HR Tool Governance & Data Deletion Specialist.

We are seeking a HR Tool Governance & Global Data Deletion Specialist to join our team and develop a global governance of our HR Tools. In this role you will work closely with HR Digital, IT HR and other stakeholders to ensure that all HR tools are compliant with the HR tool governance.

In your new role you will:

- **Develop, align and implement Global HR tool governance **and oversee the HR tool portfolio;
- **Be the point of contact **for questions on when an HR tool should be implemented on a global or local level;
- **Maintain a strong relationship with HR and IT stakeholders **, to understand the HR tool landscape and help identify improvement opportunities;
- **Ensure availability **of reliable, up-to-date and comprehensive
- HR tool documentation and user guides;
- **Stay up-to-date with industry trends **and best practices in HR tool governance;
- **Define the cross-system Data Deletion Governance **.

You are a natural team player who can work collaboratively in a team environment and possess excellent communication skills which enable you to grow sustainable relationships with stakeholders. Furthermore, you are a strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and you have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A bachelor's degree in **HR, Computer Science, Information Systems **, or related field of study;
- At least **3 years of experience in HR tool governance or administration **, ideally in an international environment or Shared service Center;
- Strong understanding of **HR data privacy **and security regulations **;
- Previous experience working on platforms and tools such as**:ServiceNow, SAP, SuccessFactors **would be a plus;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- **Fluency in English **, German is a plus.
