Freelance Recruiter/sales Consultant

We are seeking experienced Freelance Recruiters/Head-hunters with sales experience to join our team to support us in our recruitment needs and sales needs.
The Freelance Recruiter/Sales Consultant would be expected to assist on projects by supporting the recruitment process if necessary and actively looking for potential clients interested in our services
**Requirements**:
Proven success as a recruiter (minimum 3 years)
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices
Good understanding of the European IT market
Determination to accomplish goals and achieve high-quality results
Prior experience in selling services such as recruitment, training, outsourcing etc
Excellent communication skills
High level of professionalism and integrity
**Responsibilities**:
Identifying and contacting potential customers
Proactively generate new leads and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling
