**About the job**
- As an Intern of KYC Office Team, you will be assisting to opening, amending, reviewing and closing client accounts according to established policies and procedures. Depending on the assignment within the KYC Office, the trainee could assist in analyzing the compliance of client documentation and advising accordingly before codification in client referential and in documentation bases. The trainee will benefit from supervision of experienced colleagues

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Assist in ensuring the compliance with the legal, regulatory and fiscal framework and the procedures of the bank
- Assist in providing the necessary legal advice to the various services of the bank when necessary - and in particular to the Front Office - with regard to client and banking documentation
- Quality control, completeness and consistency of each client onboarding, recertification, modification and closing
- Assist in follow-up on non-compliant or pending cases for client onboarding
- Assist in input and update in client referential and client documentation systems

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Finance, Management, Business Administration
- Knowledge of the Bank's activities and the content of the various banking businesses is an asset
- Fluency in English
- Good practice in Word, Excel, Access, Outlook office tools
