Helpdesk Technician

Our IT Department is looking for a Helpdesk Technician, who will have the following responsibilities:

- User Support (300 users):

- Installation and administration of laptops;
- Support for smartphones;
- Ensure a good follow-up of incidents & services requests in the ticketing system;
- Analyze and solve hardware and software problems;- AD, O365 console & Azure - Operates and maintains the services;
- Take in charge other daily tasks or technical projects;
- Manage the requests of IT material (hardware/ software), searching for quotations;
- Maintaining of Technical Rooms:

- Organize the backstage and manage points of active networks in the offices;
- Temperature control monitoring in technical rooms;- Printers Support point, reporting problems (technical assistance) to the manufacturer and replacing consumables;
- Manage the licenses of specific software (MS Visio, MS Project, Power BI, Foxit PDF);
- Manage IT equipment & licenses of the company;
- Interaction with all IT Helpdesk Technicians in various countries.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience with Office365 suite, Active Directory, Windows Server and Windows 10/11;
- English and Portuguese Proficiency (mandatory);
- At ease with cloud-based environments.
