The purpose of this role is to ensure the efficient, effective delivery of Cambridge University English Exams, and related support services and materials. The role is to support Customers (B2B & B2C) in preparing and enrolling for our internationally recognised English qualifications and responding to their varied needs in assessment and learning services.

- Ensuring efficient administration and test delivery to a wide range of customers and acting as main point of contact for enquiries.

- Engagement with the educational sector at a national level
- Encouragement of your own initiatives related to our operations.

**Daily Duties**

Working in a close environment with a ‘scrum’ mentality, duties are shared amongst our team. You can, however, expect to be involved in the following:
You may also be expected to assist in the promotion and delivery of services associated to our exams, including printed materials, training, and online support from Cambridge.

**Test Day Support**

Where appropriate this role will be part of a team carrying out duties on a rotational basis supporting test day delivery. Test days will include some early morning and/or weekend cover.

**Essential**
- Portuguese language (C1) / English language (B2 minimum)
- Fast learner with ability to multi-task and prioritise workflow
- Team player interested in working with other people and actively contributing to company culture. Willing to share ideas and be flexible and adaptable to new processes when necessary
- Humble and able to adapt communication to the people you meet
- Ability to ensure standards are monitored and maintained.
- Ability to analyse and solve problems
- Excellent communications and people skills

**Desirable**
- University Degree in any field
- Interest/experience in Education and teaching (especially languages)
- Experience working in a busy operational or customer facing environment, delivering high levels of customer service.
- Knowledge of project and/or event management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: 850.00€ - 1,200.00€ per month
