Tactical Radio Training

**Introduction**:
The work shall include coordination with the NCI Academy Tactical Radio Subject Matter Expert (SME), as well as onsite preparation and delivery of UHF TACSAT and HF training to customers from the NATO Command Structure, NATO Force Structure, NATO member states and select partner nations.

**Skills, knowledge, experience required**:

- Advanced knowledge of:

- Current NATO UHF TACSAT and HF waveforms.
- NATO operating procedures relevant to current UHF TACSAT and HF operations;
- The AN/PRC-117F radio operation and maintenance, to include antennas and ancillaries;
- UHF TACSAT and HF communications to include Single Channel Per Carrier (SCPC), Demand Assign Multiple Access (DAMA) and Integrated Waveform (IW).
- Experience with development of technical documentation, training materials, instructional and learning aids;
- English language skills according to NATO STANAG 6001: Listening (3); Speaking (3); Reading (3); and Writing (3) or according to Common European Framework of Reference for Language level B2-C1/Upper Intermediate-Advanced level.

**Desirable**:

- A0037 UHF TACSAT Basic Operator Certificate of Completion;
- A0038 UHF TACSAT Application & Data Base Manager Certificate of Completion;
- A0050 HF Operator Certificate of Completion;
- A0970 NATO CIS Technical Instructor or equivalent Certificate of Completion;
- Knowledge and experience of working with the NCISS or NCI Academy.

**Objective**:
The main objective of this Statement of Work is to inform potential bidders about the services

being requested so that they can determine competency and level of effort required to:

- Coordinate with the NCI Academy Tactical Radio SME;
- Prepare, deliver and recover NCI Academy Tactical Radio training.
