Join our team as an **APPIAN Specialist **(Hybrid - Lisbon)

**What You’ll Do**:

- Design, develop, and implement business process management solutions using Appian BPM software.
- Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of Appian BPM implementations, from requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring best practices in Appian development.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Support sales activities by providing technical expertise and developing proof-of-concept solutions for potential clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Consultant or Expert in Appian.
- Extensive experience with Appian BPM software, including design, development, and deployment.
- Strong understanding of business process management and workflow automation.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and experience integrating with Azure Data Lake and Databricks.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, both oral and written.
- Certification in Appian is a plus.
