**Position: Head Waiter**

Reîa collective invites dedicated and experienced hospitality professionals to take on the role of Head Waiter at No Convento, our prestigious restaurant in the heart of Lisbon. **Your Responsibilities as Head Waiter**:
**Service Excellence**
- Lead the front-of-house team in delivering impeccable service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and attended to with genuine warmth.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to guarantee a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for patrons.

**Team Leadership and Development**
- Recruit, train, and mentor service staff, instilling a commitment to excellence and a passion for hospitality.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback to foster individual and team growth.

**Guest Interaction and Satisfaction**
- Create a gracious and personalized atmosphere for guests, anticipating their needs and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Address customer feedback with professionalism, using insights to continuously enhance service quality.

**Operational Efficiency**
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other departments to synchronize service and maintain operational efficiency.
- Uphold and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee consistency in service delivery.

**Upselling and Revenue Optimization**
- Train staff in effective upselling techniques, contributing to the restaurant's profitability.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to promote daily specials and enhance the overall dining experience.

**Wine and Beverage Knowledge**
- Collaborate with the Sommelier to ensure a seamless integration of wine service, providing recommendations and enhancing the overall dining experience.

- Proven experience as a Head Waiter or in a supervisory role within a fine dining establishment.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.

- Familiarity with restaurant-related legal and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to adapt to varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
