A **HRB Solutions **encontra-se em Processo de Recrutamento para um dos seus Clientes, uma empresa multinacional no setor da ótica e líder no seu mercado. No seguimento da sua estratégia de consolidação e crescimento, o nosso Cliente pretende recrutar um **Recruiter (Trainee)**.
**Funções**:
- Elaboração e publicação de anúncios em diferentes plataformas;
- Triagem curricular, agendamento e realização de entrevistas;
- Monitorização de processos de Recrutamento e Seleção;
- Desenvolver estratégias de Recrutamento e Seleção com a finalidade de encontrar os melhores talentos para integrarem os diferentes departamentos do Cliente
- Apoio a tarefas administrativas relacionadas com o acompanhamento, contratação e gestão de colaboradores;
- Participar no acolhimento e integração de novos colaboradores;
- Representar o Cliente em diferentes Feiras ou Congressos de Emprego;
- Prestar suporte na gestão de processos administrativos gerais de Recursos Humanos.
**Perfil**:
- Formação superior na área de Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Sociologia, Psicologia ou área relevante para a função;
- Fluência em inglês, oral e escrita (preferencial);
- Bons conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador (em particular MS Office);
- Excelentes capacidades de comunicação, dinamismo, organização e responsabilidade;
- Atenção ao detalhe, rigor e à priorização de tarefas;
- Espírito analítico, crítico e de iniciativa;
- Perfil pró-ativo, organizado e com capacidade de multi-tasking;
- Fortes competências a nível de análise, resolução de problemas e de relacionamento interpessoal.
