- Lead a team of three data architects and provide technical leadership and guidance to the team.
- Support, govern, and contribute to a fully integrated and aligned Data Strategy across the SBM organization.
- Build a holistic view of the organization’s data assets (strategy, processes, and tools), ensuring that the business processes and IT are in alignment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and other technical teams to identify and prioritize data requirements, use cases, and data sources.
- Work with data governance officers, data engineers, and other IT professionals to ensure the efficient and effective integration, transformation, storage, and retrieval of data across various systems and platforms.
- Develop and maintain metadata repositories and data lineage documentation to track data sources, transformations, and usage.
- Ensure that data models are scalable, secure, and compliant with regulatory and privacy requirements.
- Develop and maintain data quality standards, data validation rules, and data profiling techniques to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.
- Develop and maintain data standards, and procedures to ensure that data assets are managed and used in accordance with industry best practices and legal requirements.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve data architecture and modeling practices.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to build consensus and ensure that data architectures are meeting business needs.
- Report Data Architecture Team activities to Line Manager.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS.**
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data architecture and data modeling and data integration.
- Experience leading a team of data architects.
- Strong understanding of Master Data Management & tools such as TIBCO/EBX.
- Strong understanding of Data Ingestion, Data Processing, and Data Accessibility.
- Strong understanding of data modeling methodologies such as MEGA HOPEX.
- Expertise in Modern Cloud Data platforms such as Data Lakehouse.
- Expertise in SQL, data profiling, data quality, and data integration technologies.
- Strong knowledge of MICROSOFT Azure Data Solutions & Services such as Azure Integration Services (ETL, Service Bus, Events, API Mgt), Azure Synapse, and Serverless SQL pool.
- Knowledge of enterprise data management concepts such as data governance, data quality, metadata management, and data lineage with security best practices.
- Knowledge of Data Architecture/Models in ERP IFS is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with the right leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical skills, solution-oriented, and curious.
- Fluent in English.
