Qms Coordinator

Our **Equipment, Trading & Distribution (ETD)** Business Line is looking for a **QMS Coordinator**. Reporting to the Quality Group Manager, will have the following responsibilities:

- Embed the Quality group policy to ensure global Quality processes are implemented, adapted, and monitored
- Define Quality strategy objectives, policies, processes, and standards aligned with the ETD Business Line
- Be the pivot next to process owners /department Managers from key ETD department on mapping and following processes according to ISO process approach framework (PDCA) including implementation of procedures and working instructions
- Follow the overall performance and KPI;
- Implement Suppliers quality management trough technical standard assurance, quality assessment prequalification and evaluation.
- Ensure that quality requirements capture, and compliance are part of sourcing procedure
- Adopt tools to capture the VOC for B2B and B2C;
- Manage the Business Complaints, return on experience and non-conformities;
- Leading BL certification project if included in BL quality strategy;
- Ensure displacements on site and accompany the commercial, logistics, and technical team in the measurement and improvement of quality.

Additionally for Retail activity, implement targeted quality road map acting on:

- Customer satisfaction, nonconformities, qualification and evaluation of subcontractors and suppliers;
- Collaborate in data preparation

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Master’s in Engineering.
- +2 years of experience in quality systems roles (in renewables energy sector is plus).
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Sharepoint environment and generic Quality tools
- Experience in Process management mapping framework is highly valuable
- English proficiency (mandatory)
- Training in in Quality Iso Management Systems such as ISO 9001: 2015.
- Training and experience as internal auditor
