**Project**:
Support customers of a global marketplace for refurbished devices. Thanks to the rigorous evaluation process, only the best quality of refurbished devices can be sold on the online platform.

**What you will be doing**:

- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in **German language (must be at least C2**)
- Communicative level of **English language **( **at least B2**)
- **You live in Portugal or you are ready to relocate**:

- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

**What we offer**

- **Performance bonus (gross): 140**€/month x 12
