About the Job
blink-iT is seeking a Consultant to participate in the design, implementation and optimization of enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. You will designing scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across Sales, Project Operations, Customer Service, and Customer Insights, while guiding delivery teams and advising clients.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Configuration
- Contribute to functional solution design for Dynamics 365 CE implementations.
- Design scalable solutions using Dynamics Sales, Project Operations, Customer Service, and Customer Insights.
- Integrations with external systems using Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, etc.).
- Tasks related to data migration, security setup, and reporting configuration
Consulting & Delivery
- Participate in workshops, discovery sessions, and fit‐gap analyses with stakeholder
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Execute system configuration, testing, and user acceptance support.
- Ensure alignment with Microsoft best practices and delivery methodologies.
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Work closely with cross‐functional teams including developers, testers, and senior consultants.
- Provide functional insights and recommendations during project delivery.
- Contribute to pre‐sales activities such as product demonstrations or effort estimations when needed.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise.
Platform Expertise
- Work with Power Platform components including Power Apps (Canvas & Model‐Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Utilize Dynamics 365 modules for CRM, case management, task management, and customer engagement.
- Implement Customer Insights for data-driven personalization and segmentation.
Your experience includes
• 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and the Power Platform.
• Proven track record as a Consultant on enterprise projects.
• Functional expertise in Dynamics Sales, Project Operations, and Customer Service.
• Strong understanding of Customer Insights and data modeling.
• Familiarity with ALM tools such as Azure DevOps is a plus.
• Technical knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, C#/.NET, or integration tools (e.g., KingswaySoft) is beneficial but not required at an expert level.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• C1–C2 level English proficiency.
• Nice to have Portuguese Or Spanish.
