Na Xpand IT, a área tecnológica de Big Data desenvolve e implementa plataformas e arquiteturas de dados, capazes de dar resposta aos crescentes desafios de empresas data-driven. Somos, por isso, especialistas em paradigmas de armazenamento e computação distribuídos, nos seus diferentes flavours, principalmente ao nível da cloud, um mercado em contínua expansão. Destes paradigmas destacamos Spark (e.g. Cloudera, Databricks, HDInsights, DataProc) e Kafka (e.g. Confluent, EventHubs, PubSub), e a generalidade de arquiteturas de dados de referência (e.g. Azure Functions, Azure DataFactory, AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Compose).

Quais as principais responsabilidades?

Enquanto Cloud Architect, terás um papel fundamental nas várias fases de adoção de plataformas de dados em contextos Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) e participar na análise, arquitetura, sizing, setup e desenvolvimento dessas plataformas. Para estes sistemas, um foco especial em desempenho e segurança é fundamental bem como a implementação das melhores práticas de desenvolvimento de serviços para servirem de base para ferramentas de monitorização.

Diariamente serás responsável por:

- Acompanhar as equipas técnicas (Coaching e Tech Lead) em temas de arquitetura e definição de soluções;
- Participar nas fases de pre-sales, sales, na elaboração de arquiteturas e soluções que deem resposta aos requisitos dos nossos clientes;
- Participar nas fases de análise, definição e arquitetura, ou fases posteriores de um projecto.

Stacks: Azure, Google Cloud Platform

Que Skills precisas de ter?

- Licenciatura e/ou Mestrado em Informática e Computadores, Sistemas de Informação ou Ciência da Computação;
- Experiência prática de arquitetura em, pelo menos, 1 dos 3 cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP);
- Gosto por trabalho em equipa e pela resolução de problemas complexos;
- Boa capacidade de comunicação (escrita e falada);
- Inglês fluente (escrito e falado).

Pontos extra para:

- Experiência em arquiteturas de dados (de larga escala);
- Conhecimento sobre tecnologias Big Data tais como Spark, Kafka, MongoDB;
- Conhecimento de automation tools e IaC como Ansible, Terraform ou CloudFormation;
- Conhecimentos em Kubernetes e nos vários flavours existentes como Openshift, Rancher, AKS ou EKS.
