Sobre a Vaga Procuramos um Java Lead Developer para reforçar a nossa organização de modelo horizontal e sem gestão direta. Os candidatos devem possuir fortes competências técnicas, atitude orientada para a equipa e espírito jovem. Para este perfil, é essencial ter 8 ou mais anos de experiência em desenvolvimento backend Java, ser um modelo de referência (role model) para a equipa, com experiência em integração (onboarding) e suporte técnico a membros júnior. Requisitos Obrigatórios: • Anos de Experiência: Mínimo de 8 anos de experiência em desenvolvimento backend com Java (>= 8) e forte conhecimento teórico. • Habilitações: Possuir pelo menos uma Licenciatura (ou grau de ensino superior). • Frameworks: Experiência com Spring/Spring Boot. • Bases de Dados e ORM: Experiência em RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL), e em JPA e Hibernate. • Arquitetura: Conhecimento em arquitetura de aplicações (baseada em Microserviços, Hexagonal, etc.). • DevOps: Experiência com CI/CD. • Modelo de Referência (Role Model): Mentalidade de modelo de referência, experiência em integração (onboarding) de membros junior e habituado a fornecer suporte técnico aos membros da equipa (Obrigatório). • Local de Residência: Ter residido em Portugal há, pelo menos, 1 ano e meio (Obrigatório). • Línguas: Proficiência em Inglês, nível mínimo B2. • Frontend (Preferencial): Experiência com Java Frontend (Angular ou qualquer outro framework UI). • Cloud (Preferencial): Experiência com AWS ou outra plataforma cloud. • Soft Skills (Preferencial): Capacidade de resolução de problemas e raciocínio lógico. • Mindset (Preferencial): Paixão por aprender e crescer como developer. • Metodologia (Preferencial): Experiência de trabalho em ambiente Agile e metodologias Scrum.
