Italian Speaking Customer Care Advisor with relocation & 1.000 bonus
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work model: Remote (Must be in Portugal or relocate)
Relocation Support offered for international candidates: €1.000 to €2.000 signing bonus, relocation assistance (flight reimbursement), option to have accommodation included.
Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues via e‑mail/phone calls.
Requirements
- Italian C2 level
- English B2 level
- Customer‑centric or sales attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem‑solving abilities
- Adaptability: comfortable with multitasking in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
- Basic computer skills
