Job Scope and Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Assistant Brand Manager who will report to the Brand & Marketing Manager Frames Portugal and will be responsible for supporting the management of the portfolio of Frames brands in Portugal, following the strategy of the assigned brands in the national market and the company's global guidelines.

Main Areas of Responsibility

- Support in implementing and adapting the global strategy and plans for the frames portfolio.
- Support in the launch of new brands and licences, including adaptation and creation of local presentations, distribution and sales analyses, definition of materials and visibility and management with the sales team.
- Support in managing and organising brand events and internal events.
- Analysing and monitoring the evolution of collections, sales and distribution according to key indicators (KPIs).
- Participating in follow-up meetings with the commercial and corporate team, monitoring the performance of the brands and looking for new opportunities and synergies.
- Managing and implementing the Digital Plan (Newsletters and Social Media) for the main brands in the portfolio, adapting the content to the local market.
- Working together with the Trade Marketing department to define and monitor all promotional and visibility activities for the brands in the portfolio.

Internal & External Collaboration

- Internal: Corporate Brand Managers, Sales Team, Operations
- External: Creative agencies and other suppliers

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Degree in Marketing, Marketing Management or similar
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel and Powerpoint)

Languages

- Native Portuguese
- Proficient in English
- Spanish is a plus
