With a wide choice of sizes, shapes, textures and colours, we work with clients on architectural and design projects in Portugal and internationally.
The role
We are looking for a Commercial Administrative Assistant to join our back-office team in Cascais. You will support customers and colleagues throughout the sales process, helping to keep communication, orders and administrative work organised and accurate.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customers by email and telephone;
- Handling enquiries, orders and customer complaints;
- Maintaining records and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks;
- Coordinating with colleagues across the business;
- Helping to improve administrative processes. Qualifications
- Fluency in written and spoken English;
- Strong communication and organisational skills;
- Experience in customer service, including order handling and complaint resolution;
- Experience with administrative tasks, record keeping and data entry;
- Basic knowledge of accounts payable and receivable;
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
- Additional languages, experience in the construction industry and advanced knowledge of AutoCAD are advantages.
