Education/Experience

- R ecent (at least three years) experience in project management of C4ISR acquisition and/or development projects for a large organisation.

- E xperience in planning, design, systems engineering and implementation of military or other C4ISR systems.

- E xperience with project management tools, managing cost and labour.

Desirable Skills

- A formal project management qualification such as PRINCE2 or PMI PMP.

- E xtensive experience with project management tools.

- E xperience and certification in Agile project management (AgilePM, Scrum).

Duties

- Taking full responsibility for defining, approaching, facilitating and satisfactorily completing medium-scale projects (typically with direct business impact and firm deadlines).

- Identifying, assessing and managing risks to project success.

- Maintaining realistic project plans and ensuring regular and accurate communication to stakeholders.
