What are we looking for?

Job Description:

- Design and implement fact tables, dimensions, and KPIs within a Data Platform as a Service (DPaaS) environment.
- Develop logical and physical data models using PowerDesigner or similar tools.
- Identify data gaps and define data quality rules and standards.
- Generate DDL scripts to support database and ETL development.
- Collaborate with ETL developers to provide model-driven structures for data pipelines.
- Participate in source-to-target mappings and integration efforts.
- Work with integration tools such as Mitilian, Informatica, or SSIS when necessary.
- Liaise with Product Owners, Data Architects, and Engineers to ensure alignment between data models and business requirements.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Data Modeler or Data Architect.
- Proficient in data modeling tools, especially PowerDesigner (or similar alternatives).
- Strong understanding of data architecture principles, dimensional modeling, and data quality standards.
- Solid experience with SQL and DDL script generation.
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT concepts and pipeline design.
- Experience working with integration tools such as Informatica, SSIS, or Mitilian.
- Strong analytical and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in hybrid roles combining technical and business perspectives.
- Must reside in Portugal.
- Language: English – B2 level or higher required.
