Role Overview:

As a Content Moderator for an e-commerce platform, you’ll review and assess user-generated content—such as product listings and posts to ensure it complies with guidelines, regulations, and internal standards. Your efforts will help create a safe, consistent, and high-quality shopping experience for users around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and monitor content to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards

Assess user submissions with fairness, accuracy, and cultural understanding

Contribute to a safe and seamless experience for buyers and sellers alike

Follow established workflows while staying adaptable to new policies and evolving priorities

Identify, record, and escalation complex or sensitive cases when needed

Keep up with best practices in moderation, platform updates, and industry trends

Requirements:

- Proficiency in French (C1/C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
- At least one year of experience in Content Moderation
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
- Desire to learn and advance in the field
