We are looking for a Business Analyst for a project in Oporto (hybrid model).
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the proper operational functioning of the squad Management
- Controlling and more particularly to TAGETIK scope by:
- Responding with responsiveness to users of perimeter applications needs.
- Organizing the necessary training for user’s requests,
- Following IT and administrative incidents on user request,
- Administering the evolution of reporting tools
- Offering productivity gains,
- Guaranteeing the organization of the quality system of the administration and the functional improvement of the IS in collaboration with the other Finance and Risk departments and their managers,
- Providing the necessary expertise for the project (analysis, acceptance, training, etc.),
- Anticipating the consequences of projects on the reporting processes and tools of the perimeter
- Knowing the users of the reporting tools, the processes, and the
- Finance IS in general.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or master’s in engineering, Computer Science, Management, or related fields;
- At least 5 years of experience on IT/ Financial project management functions
- Mandatory administration experience on relational databases tools
- Tagetik Functional Administration (is a big plus)
- Strong experience in project Management
- Knowledge in Business Objects use
- Strong understanding of Finance concepts & processes
- Client focused with high customer care.
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
