A leading European servicer specializing in credit and real estate asset management. The company provides comprehensive solutions for financial institutions and investors, offering services such as loan servicing, portfolio management, and real estate advisory.
Descrição
Manage and organise the office, ensuring all necessary resources and materials are available.
Provide administrative and operational support to internal teams.
Coordinate travel arrangements for the entire structure in Portugal.
Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence.
Act as the main point of contact with suppliers and service providers, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Manage office supplies and pantry items.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain an organised workspace.
Handle procurement of all materials for the department.
Control and manage the budget for office-related purchases.
Lead and supervise the local reception team.
Perfil ideal
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree in Management, Administration, or related fields (preferred);
Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in corporate environments.
Strong organisational and time management skills;
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
Ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities;
Proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic environment;
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Advanced English proficiency (preferred) and intermediate Spanish (preferred).
