About the role
We are seeking a Staff Engineer – Web Platform to elevate the reliability, performance, and quality‑by‑design of Dashlane’s Web Platform. This is a high‑impact technical leadership role, shaping long‑term architectural direction while enabling teams to deliver faster and more confidently at scale.
As a Staff Engineer, you will act as a trusted advisor and technical multiplier, designing platform‑level quality and observability capabilities, influencing engineering decisions across teams, and embedding a security‑first, reliability‑driven culture. You will combine deep expertise in quality and testing with broad web and platform engineering knowledge to drive sustainable, measurable improvements to our engineering standards and user experience.
Location:
You will be based in Lisbon, with English as your working language. At Dashlane, we embrace a hybrid culture that combines the best of both worlds: the creativity and energy of in‑person collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. Our model is designed to strengthen team connections while supporting individual productivity and work‑life balance. To maximize collaboration, we come together in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, while Wednesdays and Fridays offer more flexibility for focused work.
