Descrição
- Performing general and more complex administration of HR Services processes and tools on a local and European level for the entire "Employee Life Cycle"
- Handling general and more complex inquiries & support through ticket service system or via phone (if required)
- HR Database management (Workday) - can be trained in detail
- Job posts on different job boards (via a Recruiting tool)
- Preselection of applicants (most of the time in German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, etc.), organization of interviews
- Preparation of On-boarding plans and of Off-boarding documents
- Issue all types of certifications to employees, mainly for Germany
- Responsible to train new team members and guide them during the first three months.
- Direct support to Team Lead in process OM topics (ticketing, dispatching, improvements, problem solving)
Perfil ideal
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or other relevant fields
- 2 or more years of experience in HR Generalist roles (preferably, not mandatory)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Fluent in English, Spanish and German (mandatory)
- Experience in training newcomers about internal HR processes
