Reporting to the Planning Manager, your core mission will be to optimize production planning and collaborate closely with both the production and logistics teams. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for maximizing efficient production time (for instance, by sequencing production to minimize changeover time). You'll need to communicate effectively with all stakeholders to keep the shop floor up-to-date, identifying constraints and other issues, then driving solutions to ensure a continuous production flow.

More specifically, you'll oversee:

- Daily production line planning;

- Analyzing incoming workload from the logistics team;

- Suggesting line organization to Production Supervisors based on the received workload;

- Collaborating with Production Supervisors to analyze production bottlenecks;

- Managing customer‑requested priorities;

- Tracking the shipping schedule and calculating reliability results;

- Monitoring in‑process flow on the lines, as well as delay depth;

- Working hand‑in‑hand with Production Supervisors to define production capacity plans.

Is this position made for you?

We're looking for someone with 4‑5 years of experience in production planning, ideally within an industrial setting. You should have an engineering degree in industrial production or a related field and be highly proficient in MS Office and SAP. Strong analytical and mathematical skills are essential, coupled with a keen eye for detail and the ability to organize information. Fluency in either French or English is a must.
