Job Description

- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud for retail and e-commerce clients

- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications

- Optimize existing e‑commerce platforms to enhance performance, user experience, and conversion rates

- Integrate third‑party systems and APIs with Salesforce Commerce Cloud

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to e‑commerce implementations

- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest e‑commerce trends and Salesforce Commerce Cloud updates

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

- Ensure adherence to best practices in e‑commerce development and Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementation

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Proven experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud in retail and e‑commerce environments

- Strong proficiency in web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

- In‑depth understanding of e‑commerce best practices and industry trends

- Experience with API integrations and version control systems (e.g., Git)

- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail

- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities

- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

- Salesforce Commerce Cloud certification (preferred)

- Experience with other Salesforce products (preferred)

- Knowledge of agile methodologies (preferred)

- Familiarity with mobile commerce (preferred)

- Fluency in English; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus
