- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s preferred.

- 8+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 5 years in a solution architect role.

- Proven expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and multi-cloud architecture.

- Strong knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, and middleware solutions.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Git).

- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect highly desirable.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong collaboration and cross-functional teamwork.

- Customer-centric mindset with focus on delivering exceptional digital experiences.

- Design and document scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Experience, and Commerce Clouds.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and solution roadmaps.

- Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.

- Lead technical workshops and provide guidance to development teams on implementation strategies.

- Define integration patterns and oversee integrations with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, billing platforms).

- Create and maintain architecture diagrams, data models, and technical documentation.

- Support pre-sales activities by providing solution design input and technical expertise.

- Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards to ensure quality and maintainability.

- Monitor solution performance and recommend optimizations for scalability and efficiency.

- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
