We are looking for an Agile Coach for a hybrid project based in Lisbon or Porto (2x/Week).
Responsibilities:
Coach the teams, applying Agile values, principles, practices, tools and techniques.
Participate and dynamize Agile Ceremonies . Create and facilitate workshops and events.
Training, advise and share Agile methodologies.
Mentor and coach of Agile Teams and individuals (Scrum Master; PO; etc...).
Requirements:
+ 3 years of experience in agile environment.
Master coaching techniques.
Deep knowledge of Agile Methodologies.
Experience as a Scrum Master.
Experience with JIRA and Confluence . Good communication and leadership skills.
Fluency in English (Spoken and written).
