Position: Java Developer Senior/Lead

Required qualifications to be successful for both roles (Senior/Lead profiles):

1. Experience with Java Backend development with strong theoretical knowledge (Java >= 8) (5+ years for Senior profiles, 8+ years for Lead profiles)
2. Experience with Spring/Spring Boot
3. Experience in RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL)
4. Experience in JPA and Hibernate
5. Knowledge in Application architecture (MicroServices based architecture, hexagonal…)
6. Experience with CI/CD
7. English proficiency should be at least B2 level

For the Java Developer Lead profile is a MUST:

1. Role model mindset, experience in onboarding junior team members, and used to do technical support of team members

Ideally, the candidate should also have:

1. Experience with Java Frontend (Angular or any other UI framework)
2. Experience with AWS or other cloud platform
3. Problem-solving skills and logical reasoning
4. Passion for learning and growing as a developer
5. Experience working in an Agile environment and Scrum methodologies

Location: Lisbon, hybrid.
