Relief Chef Manager — Lisbon: Lead Fresh, Seasonal Menus

Thomas Franks is seeking a talented Relief Chef Manager to join our team and support the business across the Lisbon region and surrounding areas. You will bring previous experience in fast-paced kitchens at Head Chef or Chef Manager level within contract catering, ideally in Independent Schools or B&I. You will create bespoke seasonal menus using fresh ingredients, lead teams, manage food costings, ensure brand standards, and uphold Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies.
