A. is a company specialized in Information Technologies founded in 2006 and with more than 400 consultants. Our services include infrastructure and cloud, software development and agility where we contribute to major projects in Portugal and Europe. We're looking for talented, purpose-driven people to join our teams Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Management of the identity lifecycle (Joiner / Mover / Leaver), including onboarding, changes, internal mobility, and offboarding
- Analysis and resolution of incidents related to identities, provisioning/deprovisioning, and access
- Administration and support of processes in Okta / Okta Identity Governance (OIG)
- Management of access requests, privileged accounts, and access certification
- Support and troubleshooting in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments
- Analysis of identity synchronization and propagation issues across different platforms
- Analysis of IAM data quality and reconciliation between different identity repositories
- Coordination with IAM Operations, Infrastructure, Local IT, Application Owners, and other stakeholders
- Identification of opportunities to improve, simplify, standardize, and automate IAM processes Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IAM, IGA, Identity Operations, Access Management, or related areas.
- Identity & Access Management (IAM) / Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
- Okta and Okta Identity Governance (OIG)
- Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
- Identity provisioning and deprovisioning
- Access Request Management and Access Certification
- Privileged Account Management
- Identity synchronization
- IAM troubleshooting and incident analysis
- Identity Data Quality and reconciliation
