Bar Ogilvy is looking for a Video Editor/Content Creator - someone who lives on TikTok and Instagram, who breathes trends, formats, sounds, transitions, and vertical storytelling.
Someone who’s fluent in Premiere and After Effects, who uses their phone like a full production studio, understands lighting, mics, quick setups, and isn’t afraid to test ideas.
What you'll do:
- Create native videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Film, edit, ideate, and execute - all in social formats.
- Build narratives, hooks, and unique formats for brands.
- Shoot content in studio, outdoors, at events - wherever needed.
- Prepare simple setups: lighting, mic, phone, tripod, stabilizer.
- Work with the creative team (copy + design) to elevate ideas.
- Adapt content across different platforms.
- Stay constantly connected to trends.
- Create content that feels organic… even when it’s for brands.
What we’re looking for:
#1 - Someone who lives on TikTok + Instagram Reels
#2 - Able to create native, fast, dynamic videos with storytelling
Someone who could easily be an influencer… or has even been a ghost creator for someone.
#3 - Strong digital culture: trends, memes, formats, micro-communities
#4 - Knows how to shoot with an iPhone (or similar) and get the most out of it
Understands lighting setups, microphones, stabilizers, and simple production setups.
