🔍 Who are we looking for?
An IT Business Analyst who loves connecting dots between business and tech and thrives in an Agile environment.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- 4+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst (Agile is your comfort zone)
- Solid experience with application production monitoring and performance analysis
- A natural talent for translating business needs into tech solutions (and vice versa)
- Hands-on experience with business investigations, testing, defining business rules, and creating clear documentation
- English level B2 or higher
- Availability for hybrid work in Porto (mandatory)
- Must be based in Portugal (also mandatory 🇵🇹)
