Your profile:
- Graduate
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience with claims handling in the insurance industry is a plus
- Minimum 3 years' experience
- Organizational skills to enable you to keep track of priorities and a get-it-done attitude
- Problem-solving skills
What we expect from you - your tasks:
- Advice and management of the entire claims process, including the compilation of the information and documentation necessary to manage the claim.
- Review of the insured's policy and assessment of whether the claim complies with the policy conditions.
- Identify reasons why the insured may not receive full indemnity.
- Explain to the insured why his policy does not cover the claim.
- Supervise the progress of the claim and ensure that it is dealt with efficiently.
- Ensure payment of all valid claims.
- Manage all administrative aspects of the claims handling process.
- Comply with legal requirements, industry regulations and quality standards set by the company.
