Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) are a plus
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or ನರ in a similar role
- In‑depth understanding of business processes and principles
- Experience with business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Strong proficiency in using business analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, and Confluence
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts for data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
- Ability to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements
- Experience in creating detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases
- Expertise in creating process models, flowcharts, and diagrams to represent business processes
- Strong documentation skills to produce clear and concise business and technical documentation
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to identify and resolve business and technical issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases
- Ability to participate in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Fluent in English
