The Opportunity

In our “Corporate Risk and Broking” division, we empower companies to navigate the complexities of risk and insurance management. By aligning our strategies with our clients’ corporate goals, we create robust, cost-effective solutions that protect their businesses and fuel growth.

Responsibilities

- Follow the KYC activity related to Business Lines and Central Compliance.

- Ensure and guarantee the quality and compliance of information about WTW prospects and customers upon entering into a relationship, throughout the contractual relationship, and during renewal periods.

- Participate in KYC reminder campaigns with sales teams and strictly follow the perimeters for which you are in charge.

- Rigorously compile the KYC files for each prospect or client: collection of supporting documents from the entity, verifications, and collection of information from legal representatives (leaders) and beneficial owners.

- Ensure KYC process on all business lines (health and benefits, corporate risks, etc.).

- Analyze at first level the alerts reported on all customers and third parties (beneficiaries of compensation, suppliers, among others) with which WTW may be required to compensate.

- Report cases requiring a higher level analysis.

- Participate in the filtering of customer data/third parties of specific scope.

- Contribute to the reporting of filtering data on PEP lists and sanctions in view of the constitution of AML reporting to insurer partners and regulatory authority.

- Maintain data quality and accuracy in compliance systems.

- Support the implementation of new processes by ensuring their proper application.

- Help WTW Group employees to know their regulatory obligations and to apply them as part of their daily KYC activities.

Qualifications

- Higher education or a Higher Education Technical Diploma.

- Proven experience in a similar role within the insurance or banking sector.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and quality.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and adaptability skills.

- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within a team.

- Fluency in French and good operational proficiency in English.

- Knowledge in MS Office, SharePoint, Power BI, and AI tools.

- Familiarity with screening and workflow systems such as Actimize, World-Check, or Fircosoft will be an advantage.
