- Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems, software, and applications
- Set up new user accounts and permissions
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities
- Train users on basic hardware and software usage
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical problems Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Good communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience with Windows operating systems, Office 365, and Active Directory is preferred
We offer
a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position. This position is located in Funchal, Portugal. However, we are currently open to remote work options due to the current situation.
